Dance/Movement Therapist 

Dance/movement therapy, a creative arts therapy, is rooted in the expressive nature of dance itself. Dance is the most fundamental of the arts, involving a direct expression and experience of oneself through the body. It is a basic form of authentic communication, and as such it is an especially effective medium for therapy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Improving self-esteem. Dance and movement therapists help clients improve body image.
Develop strong communication skills and more effective social skills. Help clients gain insight into the unhealthy patterns that lead to behavioral problems.

Salary: 
$67,000 annually

Education Requirements: 
Have to graduate from ADTA
