New Media Class

A.What I liked my New Media Class is that we         don't get homework and we get freetime on the       computer. I also liked that we got to practice           our typing skills. What I didn't really like that         we couldn't use pandora to hear music and that       everyday we would just type and type we didn't     really get that much free time

B. One way Mr. Haymore can improve the class          is by giving us more free time!!

C. I think I did my best but I know that I could've       done better.

D. Yes I am reading my 100+ goals every night.

E.  I am committed to being a CTR person but theres sometimes where i do Choose the wrong.

F. I will keep my body in shape and get more rest.

Final Part 1 Interdisciplinary Showcase

Interdisciplinary Unit Experience

We were assigned to our group of 6. My group members were Ivy, Andrew, Maritza, Yamilet, and Daisy. We started off by assigning what paragraph each one of us was going to do. I got the second paragraph which was to introduce our topic with evidence. We had about 3 weeks to work on it. Our topic was "Are fast food restaurants the cause of diabetes and obesity?" Daisy who was in charge of the conclusion she didn't put much effort in it and she made us take longer to finish. That night of showcase i was nervous and i was dressed up real nice and i met the judges and when we were presenting yamilet messed up on our names and she was the into part and she messed up. SMH -_- and then while we were presenting she was on the wrong slide when we were talking. Either than that everything was good.

"When i do good, I feel good. When I do bad, I feel bad.
-Abraham Lincoln

What Abraham Lincoln means is that when you do good you will feel good but doing the bad will make you feel bad. It is true because when i do something good i feel like a great person nut when i do bad i feel ashamed of myself because i know i can do better.

Patrick and the scorpion sting

Patrick and his family were camping out in the desert. He woke up and he wanted to go take a little walk. His parents told him to wear his shoes. He disobeyed and wore some flip flops. He wasn't that far from the camp when he felt an awful sting he didn't knew what it was until he looked down and saw a scorpion and he sat down because the pain was so bad. He was shouting out for help and his parents came and put him in the vehicle and took him to the nearest hospital which was 2 hours away. He remembered the pain hurt so bad it felt like if he was going to die. They finally arrived at the hospital and the doctor gave him antibiotics for the pain. He learned a very important lesson to always obey that our parents don't tell something just because they tell us something for a reason.

" Always do right."

Mark Twain

I think Mark Twain is saying that no matter what you always have to the right! He is also saying that you should always do the right because that is the right thing.

When you tell one lie it leads to another

When you tell one lie it leads to another

When you tell one lie, it leads to another

So you tell two lies to cover each other

Then you tell three lies and, Oh Brother,

You're in trouble to your ears!

So you tell four lies to try to protect you

Then you tell five lies so folks won't suspect

 you

Then you tell six lies and you'll collect

A life filled with worries and fears

'Cause you can't remember how many lies

  you've

And half things you say aren't true

And sometime you'll slip up, you'll trip up

 and then

 Whatever will become of you?

So you lie and lie without even trying

And each lie you tell will keep

 multiplying

'Till the whole world will know

you're lying

Then you'll be

Suspected

Detected

Rejected

Neglected

Disliked

And you should!

When you lie, you're closing the door

On everything good

The 3 Questions:

1. Can people trust me to do whats right?

2. Am I committed to doing my very best?

3. Do I treat people the way i want to be treated?

"If the answer is to those questions are YES, there is no way you can fail."

Yes people can trust me to do the right I just need to put my mind to it and I will accomplish it. I am sometimes committed to doing my best because there is times where i just want to give up. I treat people the good but i want them to treat as well nut if they dont then why treat them good if they dont.

Physical Fitness

"Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong."

President John F. Kennedy

Kennedy said that being fit physically will help the mind and body work at its highest peak.
